How do I order the prints that come with a package? |

Different packages come with different credit for ordering prints. You will be given a coupon code after pictures are ready. When ordering prints, simply apply the coupon code to claim your print credit. You can order more than the free credit, simply pay the difference. |

Can I print on my own? |
|
Yes, I release all high resolution images on CD/DVD to you. You are free to print on your own using any printing services you'd prefer. However, please be aware that the copyrights of the pictures remain at Frank Jin Photography. |

How does the # of Pictures work? |
|
The number of pictures that come with each package is the guaranteed minimum. Occasionally for portrait sessions, more pictures are provided. In this case, you have two choices. One is to only select the ones you like and reject the rest. The ones you select will match the number of pictures in the package. The other choice is to upgrade to the next level package to get more pictures. |

What is the turnaround time for me to see the proofs? And how do I see them? |

I re-touch and color-correct every image before I release them to ensure highest quality. For a portrait session, pictures will be ready within 24 hours. For a wedding event, it might take up to 72 hours. Once done, you will receive an access code that links to this website. You will be able to view all proofs online directly. There will also be a link to order prints. |

What is the process to make a reservation? |
|
For a portrait session, all I need is an email/phone confirmation of the date and time of the service needed, as well as the package desired. Payment is due on the day of shooting. For a wedding event, there are several steps. First, I will assist you to select the package that best suits your need. Once you are satisfied with the package and pricing, a contract must be signed. A retainer fee must also be paid at the time of signing. The amount is determined by the final price of the package but typically, it's no more than $500. This retainer payment secures your wedding date. If there are engagement session and/or formal portrait session in the package, we will schedule those immediately. About a month to two weeks before the wedding, I will meet with you again to go through final details of the day -- exact schedules, locations, special arrangements, etc. The rest of the fee is due on the day of shooting. |
